Orders are shipped from our Hooghly warehouse via courier and usually delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 8 PM and require a signature upon receipt. If you’re unavailable, please arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbor to accept the package. Perfumery is not responsible for goods signed for by someone else or for damage after delivery. Any shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping charges vary by product and will be shown at checkout before payment.
